FOOD HERO
Ingredients 2 cups nonfat or 1% milk or water 1 cup quick-cooking or old fashioned oats ⅛ teaspoon salt 1 apple, cored and cut into chunks ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon 1 Tablespoon brown sugar ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg, if desired Directions 1. Bring the milk or water to a boil ina saucepan.

Directions. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly toast English muffin. Spread with spaghetti sauce or pizza sauce. Add cheese and pizza toppings of your choice. Bake 5-7 minutes until muffin is lightly browned and cheese is melted. Allow to cool slightly before eating. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.FRUIT PIZZA

Reduce heat to medium-high and boil without a lid until kamut is soft to your liking, about 45 to 60 minutes. Drain off excess liquid and serve as desired. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
