Add the eggs, oil, maple syrup and vanilla and whisk until well combined. Add the almond flour, then sprinkle the baking powder, baking soda and saltover the top.
FRUIT TART VANILLA CUPCAKES In a small bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt until combined. Set aside. In the bowl of stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream the butter and sugar together on medium speed about 3-5 minutes until light and fluffy. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber scraper. MEXICAN TURKEY TORTILLA CASSEROLE Instructions. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Heat the olive oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add the onion and saute 5 minutes or until softened. Add the ground turkey and break up with a wooden spoon. Cook 5 minutes or until almost cooked through. Add the garlic and spices, and cook 30 seconds more. BOILED SHAKEN AND SMASHED ROASTED BABY POTATOES Boil the potatoes. Place the potatoes in a large saucepan and fill with enough water to cover by 1″. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat, then remove the lid and simmer over medium heat until the tip of the knife is inserted easily into the potatoes. Drain the MEYER LEMON GREEK BUTTER COOKIES {KOURABIEDES} Remove from heat and cool on a wire rack for 5-10 minutes. Place the remaining 2 cups of powdered sugar in a medium bowl. Roll the cookies a few at a time in the powdered sugar and place on the wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, cookies may be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 HEALTHIER FRESH APRICOT COCONUT MUFFINS Add the milk and vanilla and whisk until well blended. If using dried rosemary, add 1/2-1 teaspoon. Brush the olive oil mixture over the focaccia bread dough, then make HOMEMADE GREEN ENCHILADA SAUCE Toss the tomatillos, chilies, onion and garlic on a rimmed baking sheet and roast in a 400 degree oven until browned on all sides, turning as necessary, for about 30 minutes. Preheat the broiler and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Stand the bell pepper upright and cut the sides off, discarding the stem and seeds. Place the bell peppers with the cut side down on the prepared baking sheet and place under the broiler. Broil for about 10 ONE POT CHEESY BROCCOLI CHICKPEA RICE CASSEROLE Add the rice to the pan and toast for 1-2 minutes. Add the milk, broth and salt and stir to combine. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the rice has about 5-8 minutes left of cooking time. Remove the lid and stir in the broccoliand chickpeas.
TOMATO BASIL MARINARA SAUCE Heat the oil in a large pot over medium low heat. Add the onion and sauté until softened and translucent, about 8-10 minutes. Add the garlic and cook an additional 30 seconds. Add the crushed tomatoes, basil, tomato paste, sugar, salt, and pepper, to taste. Stir to combine and simmer uncovered over low heat for 20-30 minutes. MEYER LEMON GREEK BUTTER COOKIES {KOURABIEDES} Remove from heat and cool on a wire rack for 5-10 minutes. Place the remaining 2 cups of powdered sugar in a medium bowl. Roll the cookies a few at a time in the powdered sugar and place on the wire rack to cool completely. I’m fine with it being high on vinegar, but I used just enough sweetener here (I chose maple syrup as usual) to make this dressing just sweet enough. GREEK THREE BEAN SALAD Greek Three Bean Salad. Place over the top of a pan of simmering water and cook, whisking constantly so the egg doesn't curdle, until the mixture thickens to the consistency of sour cream,about 10 minutes.

Bake for about 10 minutes, thentoss once more.
