NAPA CABBAGE SALAD WITH ASIAN DRESSING Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the almonds on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown and fragrant. Place the rice wine vinegar, oil, reserved orange juice, sesame oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, salt and pepper in a bowl and whisk untilcombined.
HOW TO COOK FAVA BEANS Fill a medium saucepan with water and bring to a boil, and fill a small bowl with ice water and set aside. Add about a teaspoon of salt to the water, and add the fava beans. Process until smooth, then taste and adjust the seasoning as necessary. Pour the dressing into a bowl and stir in the pickle relish. Add up to 1 tablespoon more if CRISPY SALMON CAKES WITH LEMON DILL SAUCE Prepare the salmon cakes: Combine the salmon, mayo, almond flour, eggs, lemon juice, zest, dill, dijon and pepper to taste in a large bowl with a fork.
