Grain Free Egg and Avocado Sandwich (Paleo and SCD!) Protein Oat Bars (also a great snack!) The Healthiest Bread In The World. Paleo Sweet Potato Pancakes. Apple Cinnamon Granola Breakfast Cookies. Apple Cinnamon Stuffed Omelet (Paleo) Paleo Oatless “Oatmeal” (My version!) Veggie Egg White Muffins. Pumpkin Overnight Oats. HOW MEDICAL SCHOOL WORKS QUESTIONS ABOUT ANOREXIA RECOVERY AND GETTING MY PERIOD BACK It only took me one month of dedicated efforts to get my period back. Dedicated efforts means absolutely NO restriction, eating 3000+ calories per day, and NO exercise. Even with this approach (which I call “ripping off the band aid” and very much recommend) one month was still really quick. It can take up to 6 months or a year for manypeople!
TIPS FOR MAKING A RESIDENCY RANK LIST Put each program name in a bag, pull one name out as if it’s your #1 and see how you feel! If you aren’t thrilled, it goes farther down on the list. Keep going until you figure out which programs you’re truly most exited about! Split your list into thirds – top, middle, bottom –

I’m sitting here on Brittany’s couch watching the DNC and eating a bowl of Love Grown Super Os. I think I may have a few new readers around here since I’ve started to talk a little bit more about medical school things, so I figured it’d be a good time to do a few getting to know me questions.I found the survey on Jen’s blog, who found it on Teri’s. CAN YOU BE HEALTHY IN RECOVERY? I think it helps with mental and physical health and has the ability to completely change the way we feel. I believe in exercise. I believe in lifting weights, making my heart pump, and sweat. I believe in making those two things a priority and taking care of myself. But I also believe in moderation. I believe in recovery and positive bodyimage.
RESOURCES TO HELP WITH ED RECOVERY This time of year is hard for people trying to gain weight. Really, any time is in today’s society. But especially at the start of a new year when the focus is on weight loss and health tips and gym memberships, doing the opposite is a huge struggle. ADVICE FOR POSTBAC PRE-MED PROGRAMS If you broke down topics of questions I receive, postbac pre-med programs are right up there with eating disorder recovery. It just shows two things — more people switch to medical careers than I thought, and there isn’t very much good information about them outthere!

VEGGIE JUICE PULP BREAD Instead of zucchini bread, I made veggie juice pulp bread. Changes I made: Used 1 1/2 cups green juice pulp instead of shredded zucchini. Used 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce instead of butter. Used 1 ripe banana instead of eggs. There was absolutely no reason not to use the butter and eggs except that I was already making something so weird ONE REASON I USED TO SUCK AT RELATIONSHIPS Today I’m sharing one reason I used to suck at relationships. I’m sure there are many, but there is one big one that I realized recently. I think this is on my mind due to the recent reunion weekend with my college girls, who have been privileged (ha) to witness the more questionable choices in men and terrible heartbreaks I’ve gone through.. We reminisced (and I cringed!) a l JUICING WITH A BLENDER AND NOT A JUICER 1/2 cucumber, peeled. 2 stalks celery. juice of one lime. ~1/2 inch ginger. . So yes, you can juice with a Ninja blender, but it’s not quite as straightforward as with a juice extractor. You don’t have to clean a juicer (the Ninja is really easy to clean!) which is abenefit, but
