CPR - WHO, WHEN, WHAT AND HOW - FIRST AID FOR LIFE Firstly, place the heel of your hand on the centre of the person’s chest, then place the other hand on top and press down by 5-6cm at a steady rate of 100 to 120 compressions per minute. Then, after every 30 chest compressions, give two rescue breaths (making sure you fully cover their mouth and form a tight seal). The online training was written in language easy to understand even for people with English as a second language. The practical training gave me knowledge and confidence to deal with daily accidents and injuries as I work at a school where accidents happend on a daily basis. I would definitely come back for yet anothercourse.
