WATERFALL WALK OR RUN: EDENMILL TO AUCHINEDEN SPOUT by Fiona · 2021/02/08. This is a great walking or running route from Edenmill Farm Shop to Auchineden Spout and the via the shore of Kilmannan Reservoir to Burncrooks Reservoir and back down to Edenmill. You could do a shorter out-and-back walk from Edenmill to the waterfall. Start/finish: Edenmil Farm Shop car park. GREAT BIKE RIDES: THE FIVE FERRIES ROUTE The Five Ferries can be tackled either clockwise or anti-clockwise, but you should check the Calmac ferry times so that you know how fast you need to cycle each leg. If you don’t want to ride the Wemyss Bay to Ardrossan leg then simply catch the train back to Glasgow. It’s recommended that you buy two Cal Mac Hopscotch tickets. 10 OF MY FAVOURITE HALF-DAY WALKS CLOSE TO GLASGOW Distance: 10km / 6 miles Height gain: 108m. Start/finish: Edenmill Farm Shop and cafe on Stockiemuir Road (A809), just past Carbeth in Stirlingshire. There is a large car park. Public transport: This is a tricky one to reach by public transport. If you do not have a car I suggest you take the train to Milngavie with a bike and then cycle the West Highland Way, cut off to the John Muir Way at REVIEW: INOV-8 TRAILFLY ULTRA G 300 MAX RUNNING SHOE More points: inov-8 Trailfly Ultra G 300 Max running shoe. Interconnects with the Mountain Raid PA 1.0 to create a versatile sleep-system. £190. See OMM. The OMM Mountain Raid Hood Jacket is a unisex fit so I requested a small size.
