UTSETTELSE AV RAPPORTERINGSFRISTER Situasjonen omkring koronaviruset (COVID-19) fører til at foretak må gjøre store omprioriteringer av hvordan ressursene brukes i den daglige driften. Dette fører i mange tilfeller til stor belastning på enkelte ressurser. Foretak som opplever slike konkrete utfordringer bes kontakte Finanstilsynet, slik at praktiske løsninger kan etableres for hvert enkelt tilfelle. Hvis Finanstilsynet beslutter å gi generell fristutsettelse for konkrete rapporter, vil det bli publisert melding om dette i denne saken.Temaside

Nyhet 17. april 2020 AVSLAG PÅ KLAGE FRA JOOL MARKETS Finansdepartementet avslo 8. april 2020 klagen fra Jool Markets AS over Finanstilsynets vedtak av 19. mars 2019 om tilbakekall av foretakets tillatelser til å yte investeringstjenester. Nyhet 15. april 2020 EIOPA OPPFORDRER FORSIKRINGSFORETAK OG FORSIKRINGSFORMIDLERE OM Å BEGRENSE VIRKNINGENE AV COVID-19-UTBRUDDET FOR FORBRUKERE Den europeiske forsikringstilsynsmyndigheten (EIOPA) har i en uttalelse oppfordret forsikringsforetak og forsikringsformidlere til å vurdere tiltak for å begrense virkningene av COVID-19 utbruddetfor forbrukere.
Nyhet 15. april 2020 REDUSERTE KOSTNADER TIL DISTRIBUSJON AV VERDIPAPIRFOND MÅ KOMME ANDELSEIERNE TIL GODE Finanstilsynet gjennomførte nylig en undersøkelse om verdipapirforetakenes etterlevelse av kravene som stilles for å motta og beholde vederlag fra andre enn kunden (returprovisjon). Undersøkelsen viste at verdipapirforetakene i liten grad hadde innrettet seg etter de regler om returprovisjon som trådte i kraft 1.januar 2018.
Nyhet 14. april 2020 FRISTUTSETTELSER FRA ESMA FOR VISSE TYPER NON-EQUITY Den europeiske verdipapir- og markedstilsynsmyndigheten ESMA har, som følge av den pågående pandemien, utsatt publiserings- og virkningstidspunktene for enkelte beregninger som er viktige for transparensregelverket etter MiFIR og for systematiske internaliserere (SI).
