The danger is that they will block the flow of propane, leading to a EMS COST RECOVERY BILL ADVANCES IN THE SENATE On May 15, 2018, legislation that would allow fire departments to recover the costs associated with providing emergency medical services (EMS) advanced in the State Senate.
