Having your home measured by an EMF consultant is the best way to make sure your family has a healthy, low-EMF lifestyle. The typical home consultation takes 3-4 hours and covers all four types of EMF pollution. You can also hire an EMF consultant by the hour if STEPS TO REDUCING ELECTRICAL SENSITIVITY You mix 1/2 cup of ground turmeric to 1 cup of water and cook on low heat for 7 min until it becomes a paste. Store in a glass mason jar in your refrigerator. For a turmeric tea, add one teaspoon of the paste, one of ghee or coconut oil, some ground pepper and hot water. Green tea will add potency to it. MEDICAL DOCTORS WHO UNDERSTAND ES 10.) This video is also excellent. It’s a 15-min summary of ES and is dedicated to a 15-year-old girl, Jenny Fry of the UK, who recently committed suicide because of her electrical sensitivity. You turn the AM dial all the way to the left (500 KHz) and right (2 MHz) and the radio will show you a difference in static based on changes in the electromagnetic environment. HOW TO DISABLE “SMART” APPLIANCES Hi Rob, Thanks for writing. Here is a video on a smart refrigerator. Typically, this will void the warranty, so be careful of that. I would encourage you to get a refrigerator that this can easily be removed, disabled or that does not even have a transmitter. So, here we go – the Top 10 Steps to Reduce EMF Pollution: Number 1: Get rid of your cordless phone. The base station for “DECT” phones is like having a mini-cell tower in your home that radiates 24/7 (often next to your bed). I recommend that you get a basic wired homephone.
