THE PENROSE LEGACY: PENROSE ST. FRANCIS The Penrose Legacy: Penrose St. Francis. El Pomar Foundation has a rich history with the Penrose-St. Francis Medical system. Much of what the hospital is today can be attributed to Spencer and Julie’s vision and generosity.
