RESULTS OF SURVEY OF CANADIAN ECONOMISTS On June 1, 2020, Canadian economists were invited to participate in a CWEC/CFÉC survey on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on their productivity. Survey responses were received until June 19. Overall, there were 267 responses, 191academic and 76 nonacademic. The gender split of the responses was 172 men (64.5%) and 95 women (35.5%).
