The second time trial was a 300m run, with 5m fly-in. For the 10m run, my times were: 1.42s, 1.50s, and 1.49s for an average of 1.47s. My 300m time was 53.9s. I entered these into the website and then got anotherworkout.

OMEGA 6: OMEGA 3 RATIO UPDATE 0 Comments. I did a follow up OmegaQuant test and was shocked to find my O6:O3 ratio had continue to move from 0.9:1 to 0.7:1! Previous to Old La Honda, I was doing hill repeats on a smaller hill and got up to about 6 reps, which each rep being about 5:15 minutes. It was time to move up. On the one hand, it’s amazing that the topic still comes up, but on the other hand, it’s not so amazing. SUCCESS! WHAT A RUSH! OLD LA HONDA CLIMBING It was my quest to increase my hill climbing strength. Previous to Old La Honda, I was doing hill repeats on a smaller hill and got up to about 6 reps, which each rep being about 5:15 minutes. It was time to move up.
