SINGLE-VEHICLE CRASH IN RUSK COUNTY LEAVES ONE DEAD Authorities responded to a crash that occurred on US 8 WB at Log Cabin Road in Rusk County near Weyerhauser. RUSK COUNTY — At 3:47p on Tuesday May 11, 2021, a crash occurred on US 8 WB at Log Cabin Road in Rusk County near Weyerhauser. The crash involved 1 fatality and 1 injury, according to a news release from the Wisconsin State Patrol. MAN SENTENCED ON CONVICTION OF FLEEING LAW ENFORCEMENT BURNETT COUNTY -- The Court has sentenced a Webster, WI man on his conviction in Burnett County Circuit Court for fleeing law enforcement in a high-speed pursuit that occurred in March 2020. On March 1, 2020, St. Croix Tribal Police Department attempted to stop Shaun Belisle on a Felony Probation warrant after he was spotted in a vehicle* __
