Four years later, NI followed up with the Kontrol S4 Mk3, which returned jog wheels to their spot on the controller, and relegated the screens to a smaller space to THUD RUMBLE'S INVADER MIXER WITH BUILT IN PC • DJWORX Finally bearing fruit, Thud Rumble was on hand to show off the Invader mixer, the brainchild of Thud Rumbler DJ Hard Rich, and is essentially a small PC built into a mixer with a touch screen, which is a different take on the all-in-one DJing idea. Looking at the pictures and reading the story over at Engadget, what you have is essentially a REVIEW: GERMANMAESTRO GMP 8.35D JFB DJ HEADPHONES The 8.35Ds claim to have a frequency response of 20 – 27,400 Hz, which is a pretty decent range. Many other headphones go down past 16 Hz for bass, but 27 KHz is great for the high end. Just listening to a few tracks (dance, classical and indie), you get OK bass, plenty of nice and crisp high end, but it felt there was something missing in SO YEA, THAT TECHNICS SL1200MK7… OH BOY • DJWORX While this isn’t a Super OEM turntable, it is a $1k turntable that feels like one. Today was the Intel Developer keynote, a place where Intel puffs out its chest and talks about cool stuff that you’ll see in the coming year or so.
