WELCOME TO DISNEYSENDIT Terms of Use
1. DisneySendIt is provided for the business use of employees of The Walt Disney Company and its affiliates (“Disney”) only. Disney employees may not use DisneySendIt for personal business. 2. CONFIDENTIAL RESTRICTED INFORMATION (INCLUDING CREDIT CARD, PAYMENT CARD, OR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS) MAY NOT, BE SENT, SHARED OR STORED VIA DISNEY SENDIT.
3. Data or files transmitted via DisneySendIt are subject to all Disney policies and procedures applicable to Disney data or content. DisneySendIt may only be used to transmit data or files if (1) the user is authorized to transmit such data or files, (2) the data is appropriate for transmission or sharing, and (3) the data or files are sent to, or shared with, authorized recipients. Authorized recipients are employees of Disney or of a company doing business with Disney pursuant to an appropriate contract, who require access to the data for Disney’s business purposes. Users are responsible for ensuring that all recipients are authorized recipients. 4. Recipients who do not have a Disney network account (such as vendors, contractors and suppliers) are required to self-register to use DisneySendIt in order to send or receive files from Disney employees. All self-registrations may be deleted after the earlier of 90 days of inactivity or 15 months from activation. Thereafter, if such recipient wishes to continue using DisneySendIt, they will be required to re-register. 5. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. DisneySendIt may not be used to send any infringing, illicit, libelous, defamatory or pornographic materials or any other materials which the user does not have the right to send. 6. The system administrator reserves the right to revoke a user’s privileges at any time for noncompliance with these terms of use or to delete any individual transaction without notice at any time if the transaction fails to comply with these terms of use. 7. Users must use their real business email address. No fictitious email addresses are allowed. ANNOUNCEMENT:
All Disney Cast and Employees with a MYID account are required to sign in using MYID.
