Project Map – DenverInfill Blog X DENVER AND X DENVER 2 NEW RENDERINGS Today we have a quick post on the X Denver projects going up in the Union Station North neighborhood. As construction has been taking place, we still haven't had much of an idea on what either of these buildings would look upon completion. When doing some research on both X Denver and X Denver 2, we 10TH AND ACOMA CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS Let's head over to the Golden Triangle to check in on the only project currently under construction in the neighborhood. The 17-story 10th and Acoma project, featuring 373 homes, is making some headway in regards to vertical progress. NEW PROJECT: X DENVER 3 A significant project has been proposed in Downtown Denver that will add a good amount of height and density. The X Company, a new apartment brand to Denver, has proposed their third project: X Denver 3. Work has been underway on the first X Denver in Union Station Northfor some time now.

The new building uses are mostly residential however, they cover the whole spectrum from apartments to condos, affordable to market rate. BROADSTONE UPTOWN MAY 2021 UPDATE When we last visited Broadstone Uptown, it was just coming out of the ground. Fast forward a year and both buildings are topped out with the facade work on the eastern portion almost complete. Situated at East 18th Avenue and Marion Street, this project adds a considerable amountof density to the

19TH & CHESTNUT PROJECT UPDATE One of the last remaining Union Station lots might bite the dust soon. In a recent transaction, Pando Holdings, the original developer of 19th and Chestnut, sold the parcel on 2059 19th Street to Greystar who intend to develop the 13-story project as originally proposed. According to the construction permit filed with the city, the NEW PROJECT: HYATT CENTRIC A new 14-story hotel is eradicating a desolate surface parking lot in Central Downtown where the density is at its thickest. Some of you may have noticed that a red tower crane was getting erected at the corner of 18th and Champa without much too detail out there about the actual project. Thanks to the public NEW PROJECT: 600 PARK AVENUE Arapahoe Square is seeing an increase in residential development particularly along the Welton Corridor. With over 1,100 residential units currently under-construction along the corridor, an additional 238 units may soon be underway. Last year, the Arapahoe Square Design Advisory Board was formed by the city and they are busy reviewing new projects, such as the one we are featuring today. This NEW PROJECT: ALTA CASTLE A new project concept that will revitalize almost a full block of Broadway was submitted to the city a couple weeks ago. While there are no renderings or drawings available just yet, the fact there are documents filed with the city makes it worth covering. Wood Partners has submitted a bold proposal that NEW PROJECT: X DENVER A new 12-story apartment building is under construction in Downtown Denver's Union Station North district at 3100 Inca.
