This tool generates a dispute letter demanding that the creditor or collector send documentation to you proving that they own the debt and have the right to collect it. DISPUTE YOUR WAGES BEING TAKEN If you don't know the name of the guarantor, you can call the Department of the Treasury and ask them for the name and address of your guarantor.
