Aire Apartments. This project consisted of demolishing an existing single-story office building and constructing a new 293-unit apartment building totaling 251,770 sf over a 439 stall parking garage. Logistics was a challenge on this project since the five-story building takes up most of the site leaving little room for parking or

storage.

NEW SEASONS

New Seasons Market. Architect. Mackenzie. Sector. Grocery. This locally-owned, neighborhood gourmet grocery store was built on a very tight site with a zero lot line on two sides of the building. The store's exterior uses a warm combination of masonry, IPE wood, metal siding with an angled front canopy supporting a green roof.

This project included the demolition of IKEA’s existing parking garage and original store as well as construction of IKEA’s new retail store while IKEA remained open. The new retail store is 399,000sf, two-levels, and it sits on a 29-acre site with 1,700 parking spaces. It includes 50 model rooms, three model home interiors, a children’s CREATIVE OFFICE SPACE Confidential. Sector. Office. Remodel and build-out on the ground and second floor of the forty-two story Paramount office building in the exciting new SoMa neighborhood. Tenant build-out included more than 28,287 sf of common areas, collaborative spaces, meeting/conference rooms, kitchen space and 85 spaces available for creative office work. SPROUTS FARMERS MARKET Sector. Grocery. As part of the Shops on Broadway project, we completed construction of a 25,000 sf grocery store. As a main tenant, the Sprouts Farmers Market anchors the project with easy elevator access to the project’s feature rooftop picnic area and parking spaces. This was the first new retail project built on Broadway in
