Inspecting Dynamically manipulated HTML elements. Do you ever experienced inspecting an element that changes its styling, child, attributes etc when it gets hovered? BASIC "HELLO WORLD" TUTORIAL FOR PUPPET USING VAGRANT Inside the VM, create a file called "hellopuppet.pp". nano hellopuppet.pp. and put the following code: file {'/vagrant/helloworld.txt': ensure => present, content => "Hello World!", } Save the file and exit by pressing Ctrl+O then Ctrl+X. What you just had did is you created a Puppet manifest, which for us PHP Developers are called PHP source DESIGNING AND MAKING THE README FILE FOR YOUR GITHUB The README file has a filename extension "md" which means m ark d own. Markdown is a markup language which performs text-to-HTML conversion for web writers. Markdown allows you to write using an easy-to-read, easy-to-write plain text format, then convert it to structurally valid XHTML (or HTML). You can read more about the markdown syntax in here. KEEPING YOUR HOMESTEAD BOX UP-TO-DATE My simpler process: - Backup all databases on the server. - Take a copy of your Homestead.yaml file. - Destroy all Homestead related VMs. - Install the latest Homestead from scratch (in my case it was v6.6.0) - Add any old sites/databases to the new Homestead.yaml site. - Once installed, log into the new VM and import all old databases.
