Zum Fachbereich Wasser gehören alle Untersuchungen von Wassermatrizes, hier von stark belastetem Abwasser bis zum vollentsalztem Wasser. Es sind Akkreditierungen von Prüflaboratorien gemäß DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 (gesetzlich nicht geregelter Bereich, Fachmodul Wasser und gemäß 42. DAKKS ERWEITERT REGELUNGEN ZUR ENTFRISTUNG DAkkS erweitert Regelungen zur Entfristung. Bereits seit September 2018 verzichtet die DAkkS bei Erst- und Reakkreditierungen in der Regel auf eine Befristung der Gültigkeit der Akkreditierungsurkunde. Zukünftig wird die DAkkS auch bei anderen Akkreditierungsvorgängen die jeweilige Urkunde ohne Befristung ausstellen.

AKTUALISIERTE UBA-EMPFEHLUNG: STRENGERE ANFORDERUNGEN FÜR DIE

AKKREDITIERUNG

Am 06.03.2020 hat das UBA die überarbeitete Empfehlung zur Probenahme und zum Nachweis von Legionellen in Verdunstungskühlanlagen, Kühltürmen und Nassabscheidern veröffentlicht. Aus ihr resultieren strengere Anforderungen zur Unabhängigkeit der Laboratorien, die DAkkS in den kommenden Monaten prüfen wird. Laboratorien sollten zudem prüfen, ob sie Anträge auf Änderung der Akkreditierung stellen müssen, um auch weiterhin die neuen Anforderungen der 42. BImSchV zu erfüllen.

FOLGE DER CORONA-PANDEMIE DAKKS SAGT AKKREDITIERUNGSKONFERENZ 2020 AB Die DAkkS sagt die für 28.-29. September 2020 in Berlin geplante Akkreditierungskonferenz „AKKKO“ ab. Hintergründe der Absage sind die Auswirkungen der Corona-Pandemie und die damit verbundenen Unsicherheiten und Risiken für die Konferenzdurchführung und -teilnahme. Angesichts der derzeitigen Situation richtet die DAkkS zudem ihre gebündelten Kräfte auf die Wahrnehmung ihres gesetzlichen

Auftrages.

AUSWIRKUNG DER CORONA-PANDEMIE IAF VERLÄNGERT ÜBERGANGSFRISTEN Für Zertifizierungsstellen in den Bereichen ISO 45001:2018, ISO 22000:2018, ISO 50001:2018 sowie ISO 22301:2019 hat das International Accreditation Forum (IAF) Erleichterungen bei der Umstellung gewährt. Alle entsprechenden Umstellungsfristen werden um sechs Monate

CORONA-PANDEMIE

ISO/IEC 17025: ILAC EMPFIEHLT VERLÄNGERUNG DER UMSTELLUNGSFRIST Als Folge der weltweiten Corona-Pandemie regt die internationale Akkreditierungsorganisation ILAC für die revidierte Version der Labornorm ISO/IEC 17025:2017 eine Verlängerung der Umstellungsfrist an. Das zuständige Gremium ILAC AMC empfiehlt eine Verlängerung der Frist vom 30. November 2020 auf den 1. Juni 2021.

BEGUTACHTUNG TROTZ CORONA-PANDEMIE DAKKS ERWEITERT EINSATZMÖGLICHKEIT FÜR FERNBEGUTACHTUNGEN Die DAkkS reagiert auf die anhaltenden Kontakt- und Reiseeinschränkungen und erweitert die Einsatzmöglichkeiten von Fernbegutachtungen. Waren diese bislang lediglich als Ersatz für notwendige Überwachungs- und Wiederholungsbegutachtungen für die Zeit der durch die Corona-Pandemie verursachten Einschränkungen vorgesehen, können sie nun auch unter Umständen im Rahmen der Bearbeitung von Erweiterungsanträgen zum Einsatz kommen.

MULTILATERALE ANERKENNUNGSVEREINBARUNG DAKKS UNTERZEICHNET ILAC MRA FÜR REFERENZMATERIALHERSTELLER Im Bereich der Akkreditierung von Referenzmaterialherstellern unterliegen die erteilten Akkreditierungen der Deutschen Akkreditierungsstelle (DAkkS) nun auch den multilateralen Anerkennungsvereinbarungen von EA und ILAC. Referenzmaterialien, die von akkreditierten Referenzmaterialherstellern im Geltungsbereich der Akkreditierung produziert werden, sind damit international anerkannt.
