REVIEW | INNISFREE LONG WEAR BB CUSHION NO. 21 NATURAL BEIGE*SPF 50 PA+++
*long-wear complex that's strong against sweat and sebum*sweat proof
*smooth wear
*natural jeju mineral powder That day I had little blemishes and redness and this bb cushiondidn't cover it.
Coverage is very light (unless you pack it on, which I don'trecommend..)
A normal layer on- not super light, not super thick Idk.. I've seen pictures of it having great coverage but maybe I'm just light-handed with applying face stuff, I don't really like packing on foundation/bb creams and especially cushions :/ Didn't bother putting on concealer that day LOL too lazy in thisweather
You can see my bags 😂 Thoughts: I actually really liked this, and it does stay on my face for a long time. It's great for hot humid weather, although I would still spray my Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray (yes, during the day). The humid weather in Asia is no joke and the spray definitely helped. But compared to my other cushions and bb creams, this one definitely lived up to its name. The shade No. 21 Natural Beige was the middle shade and it was a tad light, since it was summer. But No. 23 looked too weird on me so I just made sure to use bronzer (which I usually do anyways). Definitely a MATTE finish! I still set with powder though. There's a nice scent to it, it's like the innisfree jeju ingredients scent which I personally like. Can't say about touch ups, since I would never use a cushion to touchup..
Cons: kinda drying (& I have normal/combo skin), NO refill I noticed that it would cling to dry patches so make sure to properly moisturize those areas. I usually would put extra on those areas, let it dry, and then use a tweezer to get rid of the extra flakes (ew sounds gross but works!). *I also use this with the innisfree no-sebum blur primer.Price: KRW 20,000

FRONTIER HOUSE DORM TOUR | KOREA UNIVERSITY Tbh, this was a shit job at a dorm tour but I literally filmed some, then forgot about it and then remembered just when we were movingout.. LOL
And surprisingly, I never took pics of the room o.O Basically I'll just give you a run down of Frontier House and a bit of info on CJ-I since that's what you'll be deciding between if you were to do the same ISC (international summer campus) program.Frontier House
- doubles only (it's good to make new friends) - less of a hike (still a hike) - no gym (honestly, didn't even go since walking back to the dorm and exploring Seoul was enough)CJ-International
- there are singles (but limited)- gym and ATM
- even higher up the hill (not kidding) At first everyone was worried about the curfew (I think it was like 2-3am or something) but I think either it doesn't apply to the international dorms, or there wasn't one during the summer. I was really surprised when I arrived at the dorms, idk what I was expecting, but it was a lot nicer than I had expected. Plenty of space (I take that back once we both started shopping and stuff...), bathroom was nice and modern, the bed was fine, there was a water dispenser in the common area, etc. Walking to class took around 5-10 minutes for me, walking back however was a different story. Since KU is on a mountain basically, leaving the dorms for food, subway, or class didn't take much time or effort. But going back home was definitely a hike (imagine walking back from a night out... just cab lol) My experience at KU was definitely great and would definitely do it again! It fun to play and explore Korea while doing something productive (credits!) Posted 20th March 2016 by Unknown1

VLOG | I MET GOO HARA♡ & WE WENT TO COEX!! Today we accomplished these things-♡ Food
♡ Shopping
♡ GOO HARA!
♡ More food
♡ Purikura ^_^
So the Goo Hara signing thing was this event for her new nail book called Nail Hara. It was super cute and so I thought I might as well buy it to get her signature! It was 22,000 I believe. It was really cute though and I love anything nails too so its all good. We were looking for food and literally passed by and saw a bunch of people setting up for something. And then deduced that it was for her booksigning!
*Like I said in the video (on the slide), what happened was that the girl in front of me got the manager lady(?) to take a picture for her so I tried to do that too, but she said no, no time. But suggested that the girl behind me do it for me. But I was like ...what difference does that make if your excuse was "time"? LOL ----------------------------------------------- Anyways, we decided to go to Coex Mall because ... I wanted to go LOL idk what it is, but I've just always wanted to go. All we did basically is eat, drink, walk everywhere, walk everywhere again, eat some more, saw Hara, waited for Hara, met up with people, ate some more, and then found a purikura place! How I miss those Sticki Picki days..... >.> Honestly I don't do anything with those stickers anymore cuz I don't use my graphing calculator anymore (there's a wall of fame on the cover) but its still fun 😂 I'm going back for the a-peach pillow.A-Peach
SO CUTE.
---------------------------------Got our sushi fix.
Gong Cha- It's actually a Taiwanese Tea Shop! I got an Earl Gray Blueberry Smoothie, while Jihee got the Green GrapeSlushie
what am i doing
And then we saw a pretty wall of potted plants and tried takingpics.... #fail
I tried. LOL
The mall was covered with Clash of Clans decorations!Goo Hara
Goo Hara
I love her. She's so pretty LOL I don't like me in this picture but she looked better in this one soothis one it is..
She is seriously such a doll. Her nail book! It has nail art stickers, and pictures & tutorials ofnail art.
I'm bringing this to the salon next time I get my nails done! haha And she signed it teeheeWitch's Coffee
Green Tea, Strawberry Yogurt, Grape 3,000 won for this beautiful yummy goodness. The texture wasn't like a normal ice cream/soft serve, it was more like Turkish ice cream! And then afterwards we happened to pass purikura place and couldn'thelp ourselves 😂

REVIEW | ÉTUDE HOUSE SOFT TOUCH AUTO LIP LINER #1, 4 & 5 Etude House Soft Touch Auto Lip Liner So from my huge Etude House haul, were these babies. They retail for 2000 won each (so cheap!) I only got 3/5 colors because #2 was peachy and looked weird on me and they didn't have #3 at the store I was in.. #1 Soft Rose, #4 Real Rose, #5 Natural Berry Their just normal plain ol' lip liners! Seriously 2000 won each? Even Rimmel is $5 something lol I actually got them for 1,600 each I guess there was some discountgoing on .. lol
Twist up! With nice pointy tips that will probably dull out with use:p
The names perfectly describe the colors: #1 Soft Rose - a pinky color #4 Real Rose - darkish red but not quite wine nor vampy enough #5 Natural Berry - mauve-y rose Naturally, my favorite is #5.... surprise surprise! Comparison: Etude House with Rimmel After swatching all the Etude House lip liners, I noticed that my Rimmel lip liner collection seemed to be quite similar! So I swatched them as well, and they ARE similar! LOL my colors 😂 1 Soft Rose | 063 Eastend Snob 4 Real Rose | 057 Ravish 5 Natural Berry | 020 Rich Eastend Snob is a bit more light pinkier than Soft Rose Ravish is darker, browner, less mauve. Rich is probably the most similar to Real Rose. However texture wise, I would prefer Rimmel over Etude House.. The EH liners are kind of dry while applying.. the Rimmel is creamierand glides on.
But then again at <$2 it's already pretty good, pigmentation and thecolors are great!
#1 Soft Rose
This color doesn't really show up that much on my lips, just a slightly pinky layer.#4 Real Rose
#4 is actually quite bright. When I swatched it I thought it would be darker but it's actually a red red on my lips.#5 Natural Berry
This color was still really natural on my lips.. I thought it was going to be like obviously mauve on my lips but it was sort of like aMLBB.
Overall: 4/5
I think its a good buy and if you just need a lip liner, this is a super affordable choice. There's nothing terrible with the formulation or colors it was just that compared to my Rimmel ones, I think I would prefer those over EH. However the colors are slightly different so I will still probably end up grabbing these over Rimmel some days. I really recommend these to people who don't feeling spending 20 on a MAC lip liner. It does the job and lines the lips well and stays onsoo- yes!

VLOG | THE START OF OUR ADVENTURE IN KOREA! #1 From 6/27-8/10 we will be in Seoul attending Korea University for the International Summer Camp! Today we accomplished these things-♡ LAX ➡️ ICN
♡ Very early morning exploring♡ Reunited
♡ Evening Strolls
The day before my flight consisted of frantic packing and an all nighter in the end (always happens). I'm surprised I actually slept quite well on the plane (thank you Trey Songz ❤️) When we got to our dorms, first things first - clean. Then unpack. Then we both ktfo at around 12:30am. And then ending up waking up at 7am, sadly could not go back to sleep. We decided to leave campus but ended up going this back way and got lost, the usuals, walking up and down the endless hills, nearly died in the heat, etc. Language barrier though...... literally everything was closed at 10am but luckily we saw this 24Hr Chinese cuisine place and went in thinking it would be typical Chinese food. The menu was entirely Korean barely any pictures on the iPad, however the server asked if we were Chinese and we went from there! I had almost forgotten most people who do any kind of business in Korea know their Mandarin LOL (myungdong...dongdaemun and literally all the tour places) We ended up just getting jajjangmyeonan interesting bowl
It was super good and only 5,000 won! One of the first things I wanted to buy in Korea was my beloved innisfree setting powder. But I guess all stores don't open till 11 :( So we decided to kill time at McDonalds by getting a soft serve. sometimes I forget to save a normal pic, and only do snapchat lol It was called the Happy Birthday Cone! LOL it was kind of like the chocolate dipped one where theres an outer coating is hardened. It was pretty good! 800 won ! Then we found out there was a Daiso nearby since it showed up in the wifi's LOL and decided to just ask where it is. Love Daiso, it's thee place for cheap necessities! Then we went back to our dorms, took a shower cuz I was feeling gross from the sweat and heat. Then my roomie came! aka my bestie ❤️ and we left right after to eat with her dad and cousin! But first- coffee.
Strawberry Yogurt Flatcino Jk I already had an ice latte earlier so I decided to try out a flatcino. It was pretty good, ice strawberry yogurt goodnessbasically.
Reunited with this girl ❤️ Even though I saw her last week xD I found this funny- the GPS and a variety show were both playing atthe same time LOL
Theeeen we headed over to Namsam Tower area for some tonkatsu! Apparently that area is known for their katsu's It was huge. I took half back LOL and the little ball of rice was so cute like in comparison to the size of the katsu haha Then afterwards we got ice cream at Paul Bassett. 180-2 Myeong-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul, South Korea snapchat: cynthiandjay This was before we devoured those two ice creams and before both Jihee and I had accidents. LOL Our first affogato experience was ... lolz Since the ice cream on the bottom was really hard/frozen, it took some effort to scoop some up. First it was Jihee who had a splash attack all over the table and the expresso nearly hit my face. And then literally 3 minutes later, it got all over my hair, splashed on my both arms, my neck, little bit on my shirt (thank god), and my left thigh.., and on the floor. LOL. Good thing I carry wipes 😂 I honestly didn't even notice my hair until later I was like why do I keep smelling the expresso...? and realized it dried on a chunk of myhair hahahaha
But good thing we were heading back to the dorms right away ! Affogato is good, but dangerous. We got back and took a little break and rested a bit until Jihee wanted to go walk around campus.. Honestly I think I walked 3 miles today.or more.

REVIEW | INNISFREE NO-SEBUM MINERAL POWDER Literally my favorite powder ever. *with Jeju natural mineral and natural originated mint Innisfree is an eco-friendly Korean skincare and makeup brand. They focus on natural ingredients and recyclable packaging!ingredients
Contains silica! (Maybe that's why the LM one doesn't work for me.. It uses talc instead) It came with a puff, but I think I used it once and lost itsomewhere~ haha
I love this setting powder so so much and I'm super sad I'm out. Definitely restocking next time I'm in Asia lol. It just sets super well and basically is the reason to why my makeup lasts 8+ hours. Ever since I ran out and tried out the Laura Mercier loose powder, things have not been the same. When I use this, the most I do during my 8hr shift at work is blot my nose but that's inevitable so doesn't bug me. To apply this I use the innisfree powder brush to sweep&pat all over my face. And for under eyes and T-zone, I pat using a smaller brush this Real Techniques one. It's supposed to do more than be a setting powder! But I haven't tried it on my eyes or my hair yet xD Why it's ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- finely milled
- super smooth
- actually keeps my face oils at bay - my face just feels really good after applying this - keeps my face matte and soft - has a nice subtle smell - super affordable! 5g for around $8uhm yes 5/5

REVIEW | KAT VON D EVERLASTING LIQUID LIPSTICK IN LOLITA Couldn't help myself, I had to. I was at Robek's replying to snaps and immediately thought- I think I'm in love with this lipstick! KAT VON D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Lolita Comes in a thin sleek plastic tube with the typical pretty KVD swirlydesigns~
Claims to be: everlasting, long wear, full coverage, smooth, mattefinish
It's also fused with vitamins A, C, E for hydration and formulatedwithout parabens.
"Dusty Rose"
Similar to Bobbi Brown Art Stick in Rose Brown & MAC Cremestick Liner in Beurre &also BITE Beauty Glacé (not pictured) I feel like all my lipsticks are this color lolI love all mauves!
On Sephora it's described as a "dusty rose" and it's ALWAYS sold out. Literally every single time I go on the website, it's out. Every time I go in store, it's never there (different stores as well) - you could imagine the surprise when it was in stock during the VIB sale! (same with Bite Beauty's matte lip crayon in Glace) matte- shows lip lines but not ugly/bothersome in person! It's not as hard to apply as you think it is, super smooth. I think bright liquid lipsticks are harder to apply.. But might want to exfoliate the lips beforehand. I also used a lipliner (a random Rimmel one way lighter lol) It dried super fast and would not budge. So I decided to put this lipstick through two trials. One was a half day out + concert at night, the other was Japanese ramen xD This was after juice, full on Chipotle feast, snacks on snacks onsnacks, concert..
Time total: around 8-9 hours I was so surprised, the little bit that came off near the middle wasn't even noticeable! This never happens, I don't know if its just all lipsticks, or I eat oily things.. (I don't though!), or I'm a messy eater.. but my lipsticks always come off- except the outer rim) when I eat. Or drink actually.. But with this, after the juice- it was still perfect. It got a lil crazy during the concert though, I just kept stuffing my face with food not giving any f*cks about my lips. It looks completely fine LOL Okay, so next we went to this ramen place in Little Tokyo calledDaikokuya.
Daikokuya Ramen
Let me just say, it was amazing. I can see why there are hella lines and long waits at this place every single hour their open.ain't that bad
I honestly just wanted to see how it would hold up seeing that ramen obviously has oil (unlike Chipotle) and to be honest, I feel like a normal lipstick would be completely wiped out during this. But this stayed on a good portion of the outer rims of my lips. Oh well, it was to be expected hahaOverall:
- I love this, need I say more? - Definitely long lasting - This will be my go to lipstick for work now Another Snapchat picture haha, I love the look ! Posted 13th May 2015 by UnknownLabels: Beurre

REVIEW | ETUDE HOUSE COLOR MY BROWS IN #4 NATURAL BROWN I've always been apprehensive about brow mascara (they scare me, like their going to be dramatic and crazy or something) buuut my friend convinced me that I HAD to try this. So.. fine. I went to Etude House and got it. I got #Natural Brown which was the lightest brown onethere~
According to the instructions, you're supposed to brush against the hairs then with the hairs, and that is exactly how I did it (no prior experience since I've only used powder and pencil before this). My face was all done except for the brows-- my brows aren't sparse and super naked but since I pluck and shape them, there are some bare spots that need to be filled. First time I put it on, it was really wet and I didn't know what to do..LOL but it worked out and I really liked it! It took awhile to dry I guess because too much got on cuz I'm a noob. But I really liked the look of it! It matches my hair color at the moment and after awhile gets really easy to put on. Kind of like mascara, at first it's super wet and is gloopy and you hate it, but then as the formula drys a bit over time, it's magic. Application: What I do first is use my Etude House Drawing Eyebrow pencil to line the front and arch area and tail (kind of lightly outlining?) and then I use this. Turns out pretty well I think, definitely lightens up my brows to the right shade. <-- my HG brow products are a tad too dark on my lighter hair now :( A far away picture~ definitely more defined and idk. It just looksbetter. x_x
Selfie at the end of the night, this lasts an entire day! I'll put it on 9am ish and end my day around 9pm, it doesn't budge. Final Thoughts: Definitely HG now.- easy
- stays on for the entire day- very affordable
- color matches my hair! - super natural as well - way better than powder or pencil, lasts way longer. I love this and forever thankful for my friend Briana making me getthis hehe
I got this at the Etude House in Taiwan priced at NTD280 which is around $9 USD which is not bad at all if you compare it to Benefit's gimme brow which is $22 and I was debating on whether or not to get that but you know what. Korean cosmetics all the way. I'm not that into Benefit tbh but I might try Anastasia after I finish this. *The other brow products I used to LOVE and use every single day are the Etude House Drawing Eyebrow pencil in Brown, and KATE DesigningEyebrow palette.

HAUL + REVIEW | ASIAN LIPSTICKS! (INNISFREE, LANEIGE, ZA, LAVSHUCA,&ETUDE HOUSE)
What the title says--- Asian lipstick haul! So I guess moisturizing lipsticks are really trendy right now in Asia because literally every brand had come out with one. I chose these ones out of the 10 billion out there, idk , these just appealed to me ^.^ LR- Innisfree 5, Laneige SYR33 Sheer Beige, Za RS342s, Etude HouseBE102
So I realized after that my choice of colors were all basically the same thing- rose, browny, mauve... Only the Innisfree Color Glow was more purple-y however on the lipsits barely purple.
And I also got a tint because why not. The Lavshuca packaging was too pretty not to pass up, I've actually never tried anything from them so it was kind of exciting. Haha *Lavshuca is a drugstore brand under KoséPackaging:
Innisfree CG: 4/5 --sleek, easy to open and twist up Innisfree Tint: 3/5 --typical tint packaging Laneige: 4/5 --really nice mirrored outer shell, feels like really good quality, easy twist up Za: 2/5 --angular top, bright obnoxious pink (very Za), sleek Lavshuca: 3.5/5 --LOVE the color of this, inside has lace on the twist part (so cute) Etude House: 2.5/5 --cute at first but obnoxious later.....lol Innisfree is so funny, it has a little description on the color glow twisty part like when I'm putting this on, it'll remind me that I'm using "an extremely smooth lipstick with camellia oil & melting formula", thank you Innisfree. The lace!! Isn't it so pretty !!! Innisfree Color Glow Lipstick in 5 Thoughts: When I put this one I fell in love. I was genuinely surprised on how much I liked it! It was soo smooth gliding on my lips, the color was a bit different that I thought-more magenta/red than purple- but I still really really liked it. Or maybe I just didn't have high expectations for this one. But this is my favorite in this entire haul. The packaging says moisture shine, melting texture, camellia oil, and 3 free system.- super smooth
- super hydrating
- doesn't rub off/fade that quickly, normal lifespan considering it to be a moisturizing lippie - I don't even need a lip liner with this! (hooray -laziness) - super easy application and touch upsNTD 350 ~ $11 USD
Lip Tint was NTD 410 ~ $13 USD Laneige Serum Intense Lipstick in SYR33 Sheer Beige Thoughts: SO. SMOOTH. Glided across my lips like wooosh, super moisturizing, the name of this product is not misleading AT ALL. "serum intense" yes I agree. The color is less nudey than I thought when I was about to put it on. Bc when I tried it on in store it was aight.. but my bf said it looked good so I just went with it.. and I'm glad I did ! This one however accentuates the uneven skin lines on the lips when you continuously reapply, so I had to DIY exfoliate/peel atwork :/
- SMOOTH af
- definitely serum intense - also no lip liner needed - a really nice nudey beige- easy application
- i think the nudiness accentuates the lines after reapplicationNTD 790 ~ $25 USD
Za Vibrant Moist Lipstick in RS342s Thoughts: This was aight... and it was definitely because I had high hopes for this. I was looking forward to getting my hands on this due to the blogs and ads I saw, but it was eh.. its shimmery and just a very plain normal pink.- shimmery
- wipes off super easily - blends in too well with my natural lips- just eh
NTD 299 ~ $10 USD
Lavshuca Lady Focus Rouge in RS-1 Thoughts: This was ok to me when I put it on, an MLBB for sure but one specific thing I noticed was that when you apply it, your application on the inner lips are kind of invisible. Either it blended in too well with my actual lip color or too sheer?- Nice color
- smooth as well
- stayed on for a good 4 hours- ok hydration
NTD 306 ~ $10 USD
Etude House Dear My Lips LipsTalk in BE102 Thoughts: Definitely different on the lips than when I swatched in store. But it's ok, it's a nice color, brighter than I expected, wasn't as brown as I wanted but it's ok . - more pink/red than brown- ok hydration
- smooth as well
- obnoxious princess packaging lolNTD 490 ~ $16 USD
My overall thoughts on moisturizing lipsticks-- Their all super smooth and go on really nicely, some more moisturizing than others however some of them accentuate the lines on the lips. They make the lips look really glossy and full which was new to me! These were my first moisturizing lipsticks and I was not disappointed ! At all. I was mostly surprised at how they looked on my lips, in a good way. My final rating will be based on how much I like them, how much I will probably reach for them and wear them, and if I would recommendthem...
Final rating:
Innisfree CG-- 4/5
Innisfree Tint-- 2.5/5Laneige-- 3.5/5
Za-- 1.5/5
Lavshuca-- 3/5
Etude House-- 2.5/5

REVIEW: BOBBI BROWN ART STICK IN ROSE BROWN Got this at the Duty Free in LAX before my flight to Taiwan. I had some time before boarding and didn't want to sit around so decided to wander. I was kind of just mindlessly walking around in the cosmetics section until I made serious eye contact with the Bobbi Brown lady. Decided why not look at the holiday stuff but ended up not liking any of it but started chatting with the girl. We then decided to look for the perfect nudey mauve color for my lips haha Bobbi Brown Art Stick in Rose Brown Didn't even know it came with a sharpener LOL how handyDuty Free: 26.00
Rose Brown
I was originally drawn towards BB's lipsticks, specifically the color 'Tawny Pink' because itsjudytime loooves it, but it was too pink on me- I passed lol. I chose this over the lipsticks bc they were all either too pink or too nude. The Art Stick in Rose Brown leans more towards brown (not magenta/red like in the picture)- it was perfect! L: balm only | R: rose brown layered on top Application: For days when I do minimal makeup for when I go out (spot conceal/undereyes+brows), I layer this on top of the creme de rose and this combination makes it less bold and less matte, naturalmy lips but better.
- The BB lady actually used their own BB balm on my lips before applying all the colors on my lips. She claims that by doing so, your lips stay hydrated longer therefore making any lip product stay onlonger.
Staying power is a decent 4 or so hours (minimal eating/drinking) before the inner lips need to be reapplied. It's also quite easy to keep the tip sharp in order to line the lips (without getting a separate liner- lazy, I know)- easier than I thought- ll you have to do is swipe on a tissue on all sides LOL neverknew~~
applied directly on bare lips- bolder
- matte but still smoothPros
- buttery smooth application- loove the color!
- works different looks, with/without balm - stays on for a good 4 or so hours - includes sharpener, no need to separately purchase/look for oneCons
- needs to be sharpened..not twist up - kind of bulky for a lip product Overall this product is a 9/10 for me~ Could have been an 8 because I hate sharpening but I love the color so much, its a 9 okay? Posted 14th January 2015 by UnknownLabels: art stick
