About The Ride. The Northeast AIDS Ride, now known as Cycle for the Cause, was started in response to the AIDS epidemic in 1995. To this day, we continue to make the three-day, 275-mile journey from Boston to New York City every September, raising funds and awareness to further the progress that has been made toward ending HIV and AIDS.CYCLE FOR THE CAUSE

Your Impact. Since 2016, funds raised through Cycle for the Cause have supported the addition of 12 full-time staff members whose roles directly contribute to The Center’s HIV prevention, education andsupport programs.
275 CHALLENGE: COMMUNITY TRAINING EVENT Join our very first community-led training event of 2021 this Saturday, May 8, in preparation for The 275 Challenge. Participants will be riding, running, or walking the Central Park loop!.
