The following is a wishlist of repertoire we would have performed together as an orchestra. TOUR - CORNELL ORCHESTRAS The Cornell Orchestra tours both domestically and internationally. These tours provide an incredible opportunity for young musicians to see the world, perform in world-class venues, bond as a group, and form life-long friendships. Recent tours include: 2008 Berlin, Germany. 2010 New Orleans, LA. ABOUT - CORNELL ORCHESTRAS About Us. The Cornell Symphony Orchestra, comprised of approximately 100 musicians, is dedicated to performing symphonic repertoire from the baroque through the twentieth century, as well as contemporary works of our time. The Symphony Orchestra is directed by Chris Younghoon Kim and presents 4 to 6 concerts per year including theannual
CONCERTO COMPETITION The 17th Annual Cornell Concerto Competition will take a different form this year. Due to the COVID pandemic, many things are up in the air--including the ability for the orchestra to meet in person and rehearse and perform together as an orchestra.
