The Framework is the body of knowledge upon which CoSN’s CETL® exam is based and the guide to everything a successful CTO needs to know and do. All of CoSN's professional resources are based on the Framework. The ten skill areas include: Leadership and Vision Provide leadership while working with the executive team to develop a strategic plan that will support the COSN RELEASES KEY FINDINGS OF BREAKTHROUGH STUDY ON CoSN today released a report on the preliminary findings of a breakthrough study on students’ at-home internet connectivity and provided guidelines on bandwidth, devices and other remote learning needs based on the data. The study, supported by a grant from the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI), fills a critical need among educators and policymakers for detailed insight on DIGITAL EQUITY INITIATIVE TOOLKIT The toolkit is a practical guide for educational leaders looking to address digital equity concerns in their communities. The toolkit discusses five strategies schools and districts can implement to address the “Homework Gap” and four steps school leaders can take to collaborate with local governments and other community leaders.
