Steps. 390f preheat a few minutes. Cut some of the fat off. Brown the meat for about 12-15 minutes. Turn once. Lower the temp to 180 and cook for about 4 hours. I turned once in a while. Anyhow, I put a small amount of canola oil in the liner pot and seared all sides of the roast. It is just shy of being 3 lbs and I placed it in the crisper basket. Then I put 1 cup of beef broth in the AIR FRYER CUBE STEAK Ingredients. After reading all of the suggestions on this site for cube steak, I decided to give it a try tonight. I was pleased with how it turned out! I seasoned the meat on both sides with S&P then lightly floured it. I spritzed both sides with EVOO making sure no GORDON RAMSAY’S GRATIN DAUPHINOISE Steps. Heat the oven to 200°C/390°F. Lightly oil a deep ceramic baking dish. Put the milk, cream, bay leaf and garlic in a pan and heat until simmering. When the liquid begins to bubble up the sides of the pan, turn off the heat. and leave to cool slightly. Peel and finely slice the potatoes, using a mandolin.
