RECIPE - OLD FASHIONED SOUTHERN BREAD PUDDING Put the melted butter into the bottom of a 9 x 9 inch baking dish and coat the dish all along the sides and bottom. Spoon the bread pudding mixture into the dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 1 hour, or until bubbly on the sides, golden brown and set in the middle. Let cool for about 5 minutes before cutting into squares. RECIPE - HAM & CHEESE SANDWICH USING NINJA FOODI 4 slices of Cheese of your choice. Method. Melt the butter by placing it in a bowl floating in a pan of simmering water. Using a teaspoon coat lightly with butter each slice of bread on one side. Cut root ends off enoki mushrooms and discard. Blend vinegars and water, and add the mushrooms to a bowl to start a quick pickling. 2. Add lime leaf sauce, lotus root, mushrooms, carrots, and snap peas to the pan on medium-high heat. Stir and scrape the contents of the pan to ensure everything is fully coated in the sauce, and RECIPE - STEWED GUAVA Remove the centre pulp with seeds. Cut the guavas into bite-size pieces. Boil the guavas until cooked. Use 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar to 1 lb of fruit. Acid fruit will need more sugar. Allow the sugar to boil in the water for about 5 minutes. Add the fruit and continue simmering.until it is soft. RECIPE - CELERY GRAVY 2. In a large pan, heat the butter until it melts. Jewish cuisine is something I know little about and curiously there are not many recipe books dedicated to Jewish cooking. I recently acquired a book first published in 1947: Jewish Cookery by Florence Greenberg (and revised a few times) The version I have is from 1963.
