From Spider-Man’s interaction with the family he saves to Peter’s interaction with his neighbors and people in need it all shows that this series will be sure to focus on both parts of the character’s life equally. BATMAN #85: "CITY OF BANE" CONCLUSION That is a massive disappointment given how much time King spent building Flashpoint Thomas Wayne to be the big endboss for “City of Bane.” Even before “City of Bane” King spent several issues from his “Knightmares” arc trying to put over Flashpoint Thomas Wayneas a major threat.

INVINCIBLE #144: "THE END OF ALL THINGS" FINALE Overall: Invincible #144 is an excellent ending for what will go down as one of the best comic book series of all-time. Robert Kirkman, Ryan Ottley and Cory Walker created something special with Invincible and that was on full display in this final issue. While not perfect it brought a fitting conclusion to Mark Grayson and his family story. DETECTIVE COMICS ANNUAL #3 REVIEW Detective Comics Annual #3 Review. We are a little over a month removed from the end of the “City of Bane” event. Arguably the biggest moment of the entire “City of Bane” event was Bane killing Alfred Pennyworth. That huge moment is something that Bruce Wayne has only had a brief period to digest. Now with that event over we will JUSTICE LEAGUE #40 REVIEW End of issue. The Good: Justice League #40 is a solid start to the Venditti era of the Justice League. Venditti is a writer who has strong technical skills. This is evident in the fact that Venditti checks all the necessary boxes for the first issue of a new creativeteam.
INVINCIBLE #140: "THE END OF ALL THINGS" REVIEW The Good: Invincible #140 does not have as much going on as previous chapters of “The End Of All Things.”. By going down this route Robert Kirkman puts an end to the rivalry between Invincible and Thragg. Given the intensity of the fight that was the right choice. Click for full-page view. NIGHTWING #24: "BLOCKBUSTER" PART THREE REVIEW The latest arc in Nightwing, “Blockbuster,” has had it’s fair share of ups and downs. The personal struggle that Dick Grayson is going through as he tries to balance his life with Shawn Tseng and the call to be Nightwing 24/7 has been intriguing. LEGION OF SUPER-HEROES RECOMMENDED READING LIST Superboy and the Legion of Super-Heroes #241-245 (1978) This is the epic Earthwar story. Iconic Legion of Super-Heroes writer Paul Levitz wrote Earthwar and really put his stamp on the Legion with this story. James Sherman and Joe Staton handling the pencils. Bob McLeod, Jack Abel, Joe Giella handling the inks. CHAINSAW MAN CHAPTER 81 REVIEW Chainsaw Man Chapter 81 Review. Chainsaw Man continues to hit all new heights with the advent of the Gun Devil story arc. Now that we have concluded the Gun Devil story arc it seems that Tatsuki Fujimoto is not done with the surprises. Chainsaw Man Chapter 80 was a quiet and introspective read allowing the reader to catch their breath. BATMAN #85: "CITY OF BANE" CONCLUSION Let’s just hope things come together in a satisfying way for “City of Bane” with Batman #85. Artist: Mikel Janin (City of Bane); Hugo Petrus (City of Bane); Guillem March (Epilogue) Synopsis: As Flashpoint Thomas Wayne tells him to stay down Batman calls out to MARVEL'S AVENGERS: ULTRON REVOLUTION GOT "CIVIL WAR" RIGHT Marvel’s Avengers: Ultron Revolution Got “Civil War” Right. The last volume was released in America on December 4, 2020. The plot is set in Taisho-Era Japan, i.e., around the beginning of the 19th century. MARAUDERS #21: HELLFIRE GALA CHAPTER 1 REVIEW The party of the year begins as Emma Frost hosts the latest incarnation of the Hellfire Gala. This Hellfire Gala will be like no other as this is where the first X-Men roster in the Krakoa nation era will be unveiled to the Marvel Universe. THOR #11: 'PREY' PART 3 REVIEW Thor #11 Review. Thor enters 2021 in the middle of its ‘Prey’ arc with the God of Thunder and All-Father of Asgard is trapped in a limbo-like dimension as Donald Blake has made his return. Rather than be something to celebrate, Donald Blake’s return to the Marvel Universe has brought a sense of dreed as we learn that the time he wasaway
