Community groups have expressed their disappointment, but also resignation, at the increased council rates which the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) announced this week. Central Coast Council residents will see a 15 percent rate rise next financial year, starting in July 2021. $52.8M OVERHAUL FOR MANNS RD INTERSECTIONS The intersections at Narara Creek Rd and Stockyard Pl will cost $52.8M. Federal Member for Robertson, Lucy Wicks, said the section of Manns Rd to be upgraded has a history of crashes, mainly near intersections and driveways. “Upgrades to this arterial road will benefit both motorists and businesses across the Central Coast,”Wicks said.

Six years ago, as young boys, they banded together to fight to save the reserve at 83-85 Brisbane Ave, Umina, where they had been playing since they were babies. Federal Member for Robertson, Lucy Wicks, said the section of Manns Rd to be upgraded has a history of crashes, mainly near intersections and driveways. “Upgrades to this arterial road will benefit both motorists and businesses across the Central Coast,”Wicks said.
