I have been using Paul Figurelli for the last few years to do my physiotherapy equipment checks. He has been very accommodating in that it is a full day trip to Vancouver to get this done and he has made time for me so it doesn't take much time out of my day down there. As well, this year I had an issue with one of my machines which was under warranty. I had not bought it through Clinic Supplies and yet Paul supported me by directly talking to the equipment company itself to get it replaced, since I wasn't getting the support from the dealer who sold it to me!!!
