GREAT TASTING PUREES I use Clearspring fruit purees on my breakfast cereal, along with other fruits - delicious. I have thought about freezing a few pots in a tub to make a sorbet, but haven't done so yet. Note to self - give

This condiment is truly wonderful. The combination of Yuzu and Soya creates a more delicate umami taste that lifts the flavour of a dish without overpowering it. EXCELLENT FOR A BEEF STIR FRY I have a garlic allergy therefore sauces are often an issues as garlic is virtually in everything. This sauce does not and is a thicker dark deep rich sauce excellent for beef to marinade and cook with. Single strength to splash is whilst cooking. Both delicious!
