BASF HEADHOUSE & GREENHOUSE EXPANSION BASF partnered with Clark Nexsen to design a greenhouse and headhouse expansion for their RTP campus. Adding 84,000 gsf, the facility features open concept research lab modules and an expanded headhouse program to support the new 14-chamber greenhouse, including an ISO-classified insectary. WOODMAN ROAD ROUNDABOUT Henrico County is a large, steadily growing community bordering the major capital city of Richmond, Virginia. With a variety of existing attractions and plenty of new development in progress, the county identified an extension of Woodman Road as one opportunity to improve and optimize its traffic and transportation systems to accommodatechanging patterns.
WARRIOR TRANSITION UNIT Developed around a care model focused on enabling wounded veterans to regain their independence, semblance of normal life, and enjoy the freedoms for which they fought so valiantly, the Warrior Transition Unit Campus includes housing, dining, administration space, a physical fitness and occupational therapy center, and a parking garage. WATAUGA COUNTY COMMUNITY RECREATION CENTER The new Watauga County Recreation Center is no exception – it delivers on the Watauga Parks and Recreation Department’s goals for enjoyable, fun, and safe programming. Located on an intersection, the 100,000 square foot facility creates a welcoming edge along both streets with a design that echoes the surrounding Appalachian ridges.
