The IN-Home Services Program brings together funding from CHOICE, Title III of the Older Americans Act, Social Services Block Grant, BEST SENIOR CARE OPTIONS: IT'S ABOUT LOCATION CICOA is dedicated to finding creative solutions to provide the best care in the best location for a growing older adult population, but we need your help to make it possible. Be there for the seniors in your Central Indiana community. Donate now to help us address the critical needs of our aging loved ones and neighbors. HOME-DELIVERED MEALS Home-Delivered Meals. CICOA delivers freshly prepared, frozen, wholesome meals every two weeks to residents of Marion and the surrounding counties, Monday-Friday. Daily hot meal deliveries are available in Hamilton, Hancock and Hendricks counties. The suggested contribution is $3 per meal. FARMERS MARKET VOUCHERS Farmers Market Vouchers are available to participants at no cost. Participants receive a $20 voucher booklet consisting of four (4) $5.00 checks. Participants must be 60 years old or over, or be a qualified disabled person. HomeAboutContact Us Our Offices CICOA Aging & In-Home Solutions 8440 IN-HOME SUPPORT SERVICES (CHOICE PROGRAM) Indiana’s Community and Home Options to Institutional Care for the Elderly and Disabled (CHOICE) Program is a resource that eligible individuals are using to receive support services in their homes. FARMERS MARKET VOUCHERS The Indiana Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) began in 2002 under the Indiana WIC program. Indiana WIC partners with the Family and Social Services Administration Division on Aging and the local area agencies on aging (AAAs), such as CICOA, to serve eligibleseniors.
