With oiled hands flatten a piece of pizza dough and then stretch it into a 8 inch rounds. Gently set it into the hot oil and allow it to cook for a couple of minutes on each side until golden. If PUTTANESCA SAUCE RECIPE • CIAOFLORENTINA Instructions. In a heavy bottom pot add a lug of olive oil over low flame. Add the anchovies and red pepper flakes to the olive oil and sauté for about two minutes until the anchovies start to melt into the oil. Add the ricotta cheese to the bowl of a food processor. Sift in the powder sugar and process together for about 45 seconds until incorporated andfluffy.
