PUEBLO D60 BOND ISSUE GETTING THE THUMBS UP With 19,904 votes cast late Tuesday, ballot measure 4A — Pueblo School District 60′s $218 million bond question — was getting the thumbs up from voters. In unofficial results, 11,028 D60 taxpayers cast a ballot in favor of the bond, with 8,876 dissenting.
