Dudley House is a new affordable development for Westminster City Council of 197 new homes, delivered to BIM Level 2 on a highly-constrained, tight site on the Paddington Basin. All homes are provided at intermediate rent, demonstrating that Westminster’s ‘City for All’ philosophy and programme could move swiftly fromrhetoric to action.
THE KING'S JUNIOR SCHOOL As part of the scheme, a bold two-story entrance provides a new focal point for the Junior School, rationalizing circulation across the school site. Saltholme Pools is the retrofit of a dilapidated bird hide in the North-West of England, set amidst rich wetland habitat surrounded by the unique juxtaposition of heavy clusters of Teesside industry. The communal courtyard and play area have the character of a domestic garden with a usable, semi-public extension to the residents’ properties. Saltholme Pools is the retrofit of a dilapidated bird hide in the North-West of England, set amidst rich wetland habitat surrounded by the unique juxtaposition of heavy clusters of Teesside industry. Designed by Child Graddon Lewis for the RSPB, the project has transformed a utilitarian and unwelcoming building into a INFRARED CAPITAL PARTNERS The office spaces, comprising 1,300 sqm (13,988 sqft) on two floors, has been designed to provide a practical but inspiring office environment. First opened in 1970 the centre was last refurbished in 1990 resulting in a mixture of styles of building and signage.
