Alongside the traditional varieties, a series of foreign varieties were planted; the idea was to observe their potential and limitations in the region of Piedmont, and their capacity to strongly exhibit expressiveness and performance in in the glass. After several years of singular production, in 1997, the BARBERA D'ALBA D.O.C. PIANA Piana is the par excellence of Barbera d'Alba. The winemaking in steel vats strengthens the characteristics of the variety, enhancing the sense of freshness and olfactory fragrances. In the glass, the wine shows beautiful ruby colors with violet hues, and sensations of fruit, punchy and juicy. BRICCO ROCCHE WINERY The winery at Castiglione Falletto was built in 1982 and was created to vinify grapes coming from the finest vineyards of the Barolo denomination. It was extended in 2000, with the construction of the futuristic glass Cube, that provides a perfectly integrated contrast of modern design against the profile of the hills that surround it. Bricco Rocche is the home for vinifying and ageing some of MONSORDO BERNARDINA ESTATE In the late 80s the Ceretto family found an old farmstead in the outskirts of Alba, and gradually transformed it into its main offices. Piazza Duomo is the realisation of a dream, of the commitment and of the tenacity of a man and of a family and of a promising young Italian cook. On the one hand, the Ceretto family, driven by the exuberant Bruno; on the other hand, the unstoppable Enrico Crippa. Bruno and Enrico met in 2003 and it all started with their enjoying a savoury brittle with malghesino cheese. BRICCO ROCCHE WINERY The winery at Castiglione Falletto was built in 1982 and was created to vinify grapes coming from the finest vineyards of the Barolo denomination. It was extended in 2000, with the construction of the futuristic glass Cube, that provides a perfectly integrated contrast of modern design against the profile of the hills that surround it. Bricco Rocche is the home for vinifying and ageing some of MONSORDO BERNARDINA ESTATE In the late 80s the Ceretto family found an old farmstead in the outskirts of Alba, and gradually transformed it into its main offices. Piazza Duomo is the realisation of a dream, of the commitment and of the tenacity of a man and of a family and of a promising young Italian cook. On the one hand, the Ceretto family, driven by the exuberant Bruno; on the other hand, the unstoppable Enrico Crippa. Bruno and Enrico met in 2003 and it all started with their enjoying a savoury brittle with malghesino cheese. BRICCO ROCCHE WINERY The winery at Castiglione Falletto was built in 1982 and was created to vinify grapes coming from the finest vineyards of the Barolo denomination. It was extended in 2000, with the construction of the futuristic glass Cube, that provides a perfectly integrated contrast of modern design against the profile of the hills that surround it. Bricco Rocche is the home for vinifying and ageing some of MONSORDO BERNARDINA ESTATE In the late 80s the Ceretto family found an old farmstead in the outskirts of Alba, and gradually transformed it into its main offices. This estate, known as Monsordo Bernardina and historically linked to the love story between Vittorio Emanuele II and the beautiful Rosina, within a few years became the main hub of the company; here we carry out not only the activities associated with the LANGHE D.O.C. ROSSO MONSORDO ROSSO The Monsordo Bernardina Estate in the 90s underwent significant ampelographic changes. Alongside the traditional varieties, a series of foreign varieties were planted; the idea was to observe their potential and limitations in the region of Piedmont, and their capacity to strongly exhibit expressiveness and performance in in the glass. IL SABATO DALLE 10.00 ALLE 18.00 E LA DOMENICA DALLE 10.00 ALLE 17.00. Il punto vendita, la sala degustazione e la cantina hanno gli stessiorari di apertura.
