OCAN is the standardized assessment tool used in the community mental health sector. OCAN supports a recovery approach by supporting conversations that capture the client’s current situation, needs, strengths andservice plan.

It allows authorized Health Service Providers (HSPs) within the circle of care to upload and view a client’s assessment information in a secure and timely manner. CONTACT SERVICE DESK CCIM support hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST. HSP users can contact our service desk by email.
