Chef Christopher Shreve and his team create modern interpretations of classic Southern dishes, as well as interesting new takes on some of the South’s most well loved favorites. The 220 seat restaurant sports a seasonal bar program pouring craft cocktails and award winning house-brewed beers from Brewmaster Larry Foor. The attached Marketplace offers locally produced provisions, as well as fresh salads and sandwiches put together daily on-site. Cask & Larder’s interior picks you up from the hustle and bustle of one of the busiest airports in the country, and sets you down in a warm and inviting atmosphere drenched in Southern hospitality. Guests can enjoy the charming ambiance of soft yellow lighting and hard wood finishes in the main Dining Area, or have a drink with a view of the airport tarmac from the glass-encased Satellite Bar just across theway.

CHRISTOPHER SHREVE, EXECUTIVE CHEF Christopher began his culinary career in 2010 in the small kitchen of Maxine’s On Shine near downtown Orlando. After obtaining a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu, he took a position at the Grand Floridian Resort at Walt Disney World before moving on to The Ravenous Pig, working under chef James Petrakis.
