NATIONAL BLUE BERET-NBB CIVIL AIR PATROL National Blue Beret is a Civil Air Patrol National Cadet Special Activities (NCSA) held for two weeks in the July-August timeframe located at Oshkosh, Wisconsin, in support of the EAA AirVenture fly-in. During the event, Wittman Field is temporarily the busiest civilian airport in the world with over 20,000 aircraft and 500,000 people attending annually.
