Does the cap or stalk change color when cut or exude drops of liquid - you can cut the mushroom with a pocket knife. 10. Does the specimen have a distinctive odour (some folks taste the mushrooms and spit them out) 11. Take a picture of the mushroom and include a top view, side view and bottom of the cap. 12. RESTORING OLD PHOTOS IN ADOBE PHOTOSHOP Basic Workflow Summary.
