Be as active as possible – you choose (run, walk, paddleboard, jump rope, etc.) Set your activity goals from May 15-31. Track youractive minutes.
STEP 2.
Submit your results during the first week of June -- email lori.noonan@campcorral.org a picture of you along with your active minutes and chosen activity or sport.STEP 3.

Get moving and stay fit while helping support military kids and theirfamilies.
Social distancing has caused many of us to look for unique ways to stay active and healthy while interacting with the community. Camp Corral’s Virtually Unstoppable is an excellent opportunity for you and your family to enjoy physical activity while helping military children and their families during COVID-19. We are excited to offer this new and safe format so people all across the nation have a safe way to engage with one another virtually. Set your activity goal for a two-week period (May 15-31), choose your activities of choice (walk, bike, basketball, jump rope, etc.), then track the minutes that you stay active. Feel free to track your progress using a mobile tracker app (MapMyWalk, RunKeeper
, Strava ) or
wearable tech (Fitbit, Garmin or Apple Watch) and email lori.noonan@campcorral.org a screenshot of your fitness tracker to show completion! Don’t have a fitness tracker, send us your total tracked activity and chosen activity in an email along with a picture of you being active. All participants receive a Successful Goal Achievement certificate and will be entered into multiple drawings for Camp Corral prize packs.
