An ‘Initial Certification Following VTNE Testing” Application requires submission of: A COPY of either your diploma or official AVMA school transcripts. Certification Fees. VTNE pass score. Note: When completing the online application through AAVSB to sit for the for the VTNE, candidates select the jurisdiction in which they choose toSTATE VERIFICATION

You can also use this form if you are no longer credentialed with CACVT but need proof of past credentials. CE hours FAQs. Below you will find some of the frequently asked questions in regards to submitting your CE hours for approval during renewal. Question: How many hours am I required to submit for renewal? Answer: For most members, the answer is 20 hours. If you did not receive the onboarding email you can still gain access to your Profile. Click Member Login on the top right corner of the page; you can use the reset password link to get started. Please note, if the email address we have on file is no longer in use, you'll need to contact us at 303-318-0652 or information@cacvt.org, and we'll update everything for you on our end. Once you're able to log in, you will find an on-boarding document (called the Member Guide) with all the information you will need to navigate the portal. You will be able to self-report CE, print a new Certification Card, and update any personal information from there. Additionally, if you attend a CACVT event you will be able to access any event materials from your profile as well! Again, if you experience any difficulties please contact us! 2020 CACVT SPRING CONFERENCE ANNOUNCEMENT The 2020 CACVT Spring Conference is only a few months away! We are proud to present a diverse array of speakers and to host our members and sponsors at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Loveland Hotel Conference Center & Spa. The conference will run April 24th through the 26th. Our first session, held Friday, April the 24th, will be presented by Merry Gibson, DVM. Dr. Gibson will be speaking on multiple topics including the significance of the gut microbiome, fecal transplantation, ozone therapy, and the role of nutrition inoptimizing health!
