'STAY AT HOME' ORDER IN EFFECT THROUGH FRIDAY, APRIL 24 Mayor Quinton Lucas on Saturday issued a “Stay at Home” Order, requiring Kansas Citians to stay at home except for “essential activities” as the community continues working to slow the spread of COVID-19. Grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations, and healthcare facilities will remain open. Bridging The Gap’s staff will continue to operate KCMO’s drop off recycling centers, manage green infrastructure, and plant trees, as they are deemed essential activities. While not on duty at their specified work sites, our team is working from home and can be reached by phone at 816-561-1087 or through the contact form on this website. We encourage everyone to respect the Stay at Home order and find safe ways to continue to engage and support your local businesses, community, and environment during this challenging time. We will be sharing ideas on our social media pages and encourage you to join in the conversation on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. #StayHomeKC Recycling Center Guidelines during COVID-19UPCOMING EVENTS
