BRILLIANT SERVICE. CAN’T WAIT TO BUILD OUR DREAM HOME. Through the pre construction phase, the process was a breeze. There was no mucking around and our new homes consultant went above and beyond for us to have the dream home that we wanted. Great expert advise given to us and couldn't be happier to build with boutique. Prior to selecting a builder, everyone we had spoken to advised to build with boutique and had no negative feedback about them. Then we found the Airlie and we were sold. Boutique were more than accommodating to adjust the plans to suit our block and needs and were upfront with all costs. So far couldn’t fault them at all. Job No:201114
Read Full Review Elliott and Jessica's Review #seville25 - we chose this exact floor plan here, which is same as the display. I really loved the wider entry and key drop area. The space sure feels a lot more open and larger due to the open theatre room right at the front. I always have trouble visualising and a sense of space when it comes to seeing drawings on paper. That’s why I’m so glad that the Seville 25 display was available to view and we could really see and feel exactly how our home would turn out, with a few tweaks and upgrades. Most of our upgrades were structural for obvious reason as it’ll be so much more difficult to change in the future, such as higher internal/ wide front door (makes the ceilings feel higher), larger windows allowing more natural light in masters. Moved sink to rear bench allowing island bench for entertaining and more space, deleted door & wall from kitchen to pantry, extending rear bench all the way to the back wall & added butlers kitchen. We added the beautiful large feature kitchen window & bottom reveal windows as per display. Basically the whole kitchen layout was exactly like the display! I really wanted the waterfall edge stone for the island but it was too pricey! So it worked out so much cheaper to make a statement island bench thicker at 100mm instead. We decided to choose the mid range cost facade - the contempo, again for that bigger windows look. Loved how alot of the features we wanted was already standard such as soft close throughout, double glaze glass and stone bench top plus more. DUAL OCCUPANCY
Have been searching builders for last 10yrs to do dual occupancy side by side townhouses in Maribyrnong . Saw them all Metricon , Simmons , Carter grange, Porter Davis and even several small custom builders.But none seemed to deliver. Finally I decided to build one double storey house and that’s when I went to Boutique and met sales consultant Kim Tran. The nicest , calmest ,genuine and knowledgeable consultant I ever met. After dealing with him for months he steered me back towards building dual occupancy townhouses on my block which boutique had started doing.I was rapt and then met with Steven Murphy the dual occ consultant and since then these two have supported me through my difficult journey of planning the townhouses and despite me giving them such a hard time they stood by me and have planned my dream project at a excellent price !! I signed my PWC today and couldn’t be happier! Thank you Kim Tran couldn’t have done it without you. You have such a keen eye for detail.You are an asset to Boutique . Steven thank you for being so calm and kind looking forward to thenext stage.

PRELIMINARY STAGES - FANTASTIC SERVICE My partner and I have been researching companies to complete a knockdown rebuild on our property. Spoke with quite a few builders who werent flexible and kept presenting plans that wouldnt suit our block and didnt meet our inherent requirements. Boutique representative Kim however from the initial meeting took interest in what we wanted and actually spent the time to add in the things we wanted to make the perfect home for us. Kim has been polite and engaged throughout the whole preliminary process and because of this we are looking forwardto the next stage.
