WINE UNDER THE OAKS

Wine Under The Oaks is one event you will want to make sure is circled on the social calendar for the Christmas holiday season that is not to be missed. This event for adults 21 years of age or older. No coolers, pets, tents, outside food and drinks, or concealed weapons allowed. This is a rain or shine event. EDUCATION - BOONE HALL PLANTATION & GARDENS EDUCATION PROGRAMS Boone Hall offers nine unique education programs for school groups visiting the plantation. All programs require a minimum of fifteen students and must be paid for in advance. For the benefit of the students, we recommend no more than 2-3 parent chaperones per class. Made-to-order boxed lunches are available for an

additional fee.

Boone Hall Plantation is pleased to offer discounted admission to groups of 15 people or more. In 1743, the son of Major John Boone planted live oak trees, arranging them in two evenly spaced rows. This spectacular approach to his home symbolizes southern heritage and will take root in your memory for many years to come. It would take two centuries for the massive, moss-draped branches to meet overhead, forming today’s natural corridor and a scene that NBC _Daytime_ television says is “a must see stop on any trip to Charleston, S.C.”
