The actions of the Government, the NHS, the care sector and wider PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE SCHEME The BJTC’s Placement Assistance Scheme (PAS) is available to students from BJTC-accredited courses who would most benefit from a one-off bursary to help them take up industry placements. PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE SCHEME The BJTC’s Placement Assistance Scheme (PAS) is available to students from BJTC-accredited courses who would most benefit from a one-off bursary to help them take up industry placements. Students meeting our social diversity criteria can apply for a £200 bursary which, if approved, will be paid out once the placement has beenconfirmed.

Chaired by BJTC Deputy Chair Diane Kemp, the panel is made up of a mixture of industry and academic representatives who can offer a variety of perspectives on the needs of journalists seeking placements. The Board Our two boards are made up of leading industry and training experts – all working together to ensure students of BJTC-accredited courses receive the best training possible.
