Hi Billy Just a huge thank you! I am a dabbling watercolour beginner. I have always been quite good at drawing and found I enjoyed watercolour painting. I am still working but moving retirement and I have found it quite frustrating as I never seem to complete a painting project. I have bought various books so that I can paint from pictures and found that I am never satisfied with what I have done. Then I discovered your tutorials. After following the first beginner one, I wanted to paint from a real flower - the only ones I have in our New Zealand garden are loads of hydrangeas. I went to your hydrangea tutorial and found I was quickly overwhelmed, so I went back to basics. I have spent all afternoon painting hydrangea petals. I have gone from complete disaster to mmm... not too bad and back to disaster again. I have blended, lifted, flooded and not added enough colour then too much! Most importantly I have thoroughly enjoyed it. I think I am days away from attempting the flower, but I love painting petals and I am learning so much. Thank you - I have found the inspiration Ineeded.

Billy is not only a artistic genius but, her teaching style is unusually refreshing and all-encompassing. She is totally down to earth when it comes to teaching and is extremely relatable. She is such a fine lady and an equally excellent source of artistic knowledge. I love this class above all online classes I've taken! I feel honored to take a class from her! I have all of her books but, being able to learn from her directly is unbelievably fulfilling.M

I have taken so many online watercolor classes. I have never had a class I have enjoyed as much as yours! Though I struggle thru the lessons, (because I'm aiming for perfection) I love how you show us the technical details that other classes just do not have. I love how you explain why it's important to do something and how you go over step by step every single detail! If it doesn't look like yours, I re-wind and watch again...and usually I have that ahhh-haaa! moment!! I just wanted to tell you how very much I enjoy and learn from your classes! I recommend them to everyone in all of my FB groups!R

Your site by far exceeds any other out there!_ _ 12/3/2019
I have to say that after searching the web for variances of botanicals, your site by far exceeds any other out there! Your instruction is full & clear( the videos are full view & detailed )and the work you present is incredible! I've been full speed ahead, gaining more knowledge each time I "review" another video. I look at nature quite differently now. So glad I finally found this site and stayed. Any chance of popping in instruction for the lovely Iris? That is my favourite flower, as they are all over my garden; they just don't last long enough. Once again, what an artist you are!A
