Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 min. Stir in clams, mussels and shrimp. EGGPLANT & ZUCCHINI LASAGNA RECIPE Arrange zucchini and eggplant slices on 2 lightly oiled baking sheets, overlapping if necessary. Drizzle with additional oil. Bake 12 min. or until tender. Pat dry.
