FUN POOL PARTY GAMES FOR KIDS We wanted to think beyond the traditional pool games everyone already knows like Marco Polo and find some fun pool party game ideas for kids. 1) Treasure hunt. I checked to make sure all the kids at the party were able to swim, so this first game would work. I took a bunch of pennies and nickels out of my coin jar, made the kids gather on one SAVORY SAUTÉED CHICKEN BITES Cut tenderloins to desired size, keeping them as uniform as possible. Mix salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika in a separate container. Add seasonings to the chicken pieces, evenly covering each piece. Yes, it’s good to be made aware of things going on in the world around us that we might not have known previously, but this is useless if we don’t do anything about what we learn. Awareness is not the BIG BROTHER BUILD A BEAR One of the ways we’re preparing Little Man for the arrival of his baby sister was by going to build a bear! I know that may sound funny, but I think it is actually going to be quite helpful for him :) Today I took little man to build a bear for the first time HAMMERS AND ICE BLOCKS To get started, grab a few inexpensive ice trays. In each open space, place a small plastic bug, amphibian, or reptile. Add water and freeze them overnight. You can involve your kids in this part of the process, putting the bugs and critters in place, or even pouring water!
