HOW TO LEGALLY SELL BBQ FROM HOME? Babbling Farker. Join Date: 09-25-17. Location: Oklahoma. You would have to talk to the health department, and local inspectors. To sell perishable items, your kitchen will have to be certified. More than likely, you won't be able to do that. Most states have cottage food laws, that allow the sell of some baked goods. MASTERBUILT 1050 REVIEW Another design improvement is the hopper lid. The 560 lid folds back over top of the hood. The 1050 folds directly backward. This is an improvement that you are not folding it back over a hot hood. The hinges are a little weak and they have a stop on them to hold the doorup.
GRILLA GRILLS
Super heavy Stainless Steel lid, the cook chamber is double walled, and the hopper will hold a full 20 pounds of pellets. The main cooking area is 19.5" deep by about 26" or so wide. A temperature test using a Thermoworks Smoke showed only a 5-7 degree difference at each end ofthe cook chamber.

OLD BAY VS ZATARANS
Zatarins liquid boil. a lot of added cayenne. IMHO the base flavor Zatarins gives is way better than Old Bay for boils, but unless you have a super mild palate it is not adequate by itself. I never saw anyone in LA use it without adding at least extra cayenne--and often a FINISHING A BRISKET IN THE OVEN? Location: Tyler, TX. I'm sure the purists will say "no way" but it's a fantastic way to enjoy smoking a brisket and getting some sleep. I'll smoke for 5-6 hours starting in the evening. wrap and place in oven about 11:00pm at roughly 210*-220*. Usually probe tender about 8:00am the next morning.
